Yes. I provide in-person therapy in The Woodlands, TX as well as online therapy for clients located in 43 states. Telehealth sessions offer flexible, effective care from the comfort of your home while maintaining the same level of clinical quality and connection.
I also offer executive and life coaching worldwide and have worked with professionals across the United States and internationally, including clients in Hong Kong, England, Canada, and Saudi Arabia. This flexibility allows me to provide meaningful support regardless of location.
Standard therapy sessions are 55 minutes. Depending on your needs, symptoms, and goals, longer sessions may be recommended for more in-depth support. Some clients also choose extended sessions to focus on specific challenges or to deepen therapeutic work.
Short-term therapy often ranges from 10–20 sessions (approximately 3–5 months), though the number of sessions varies based on individual goals, symptom severity, life circumstances, and the type of work we are doing together.
Factors such as consistent attendance, active engagement, practicing skills between sessions, and applying insights to daily life can all influence the course of therapy. External stressors may also affect progress. Together, we will develop a plan that aligns with your needs and supports meaningful, lasting change.
